Founded in 2001, A Hot Dish Specialty Catering is the pairing of two talented chefs, John Martin and Jenifer Broberg that have merged their extensive schooling, experience, and training with their passion for cooking to create a truly memorable catering company.
John Martin has thirty years of experience in culinary arts and the food service industry. He has trained with some of the top chefs in the country. To his credit, Chef John is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University. He was the culinary director, executive chef and co-founder of Brew Moon Enterprises, a high-end restaurant brewery concept. The Brew Moon was awarded “Best New Restaurant” in Bon Appetite, Philadelphia Magazine and Hawaii Magazine. “Hot New Concept” from Nations Restaurant News and numerous medals from the hot and cold food ACF food competitions. He has also worked as the executive chef for Hilton International, Hyatt resort hotels, DeMarco restaurant in Nantucket, MA.
Jennifer Broberg has worked in the culinary field for the past 25 years. Her experience comes from The Casa Marina Resort in Key West, FL, The Charles Hotel in Cambridge, MA, The Somerset Club on Beacon Hill, The Catered Affair in Rockland, MA and the Wyndham Hotel in Andover, MA
